Two:Shake the upper of chair.

Three:Meanwhile pull the upper part of chair.

In the end, Flip base over and put new cylinder into base and set seat back on cylinder, hammer metal circle around cylinder to set it in place. Put cylinder gear back on and shroud cover and seat back on and you are done.Then finished!
